Community terms and safety

Trainee is operated by Aeternum. These terms apply when you submit or edit a community post or comment after being shown the publishing notice. Community content is shared with other signed-in Trainee athletes.

Your content and permission to share it

You keep ownership of your content. Share only material you created or have permission to publish, including any personal information about another person. Do not copy material that infringes someone else's copyright, privacy or other rights.

By submitting a post or comment, you give Aeternum a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display and distribute that content within Trainee, and to use our service providers to do so, solely to operate and moderate the community. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or permit unrelated advertising uses.

You can delete your own posts and comments. Permission for public display ends when you delete the content; limited retained records for moderation, security or legal obligations are described in the privacy policy. Other users may already have seen or copied material you shared.

Community rules

Keep conversations supportive and relevant to training. The following content and conduct are prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, exploitation or encouragement of violence.
Sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, or abuse of children or other vulnerable people.
Illegal material, scams, impersonation, spam, or sharing another person's private information without permission.
Content that infringes another person's rights or encourages dangerous training practices or self-harm.

Aeternum may remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Automated checks and moderator review can make mistakes; contact us to ask for a review of a moderation decision.

Report content, block users and contact us

On another athlete's post, open its action menu and choose Report post, select a reason and send the report. To report a comment, report its parent post and email us the comment details. Choose Block athlete in the same menu to hide that athlete's posts and prevent their friend requests; Mute athlete hides their posts from your feed.

Reports enter our moderator review process. We review concerns promptly and may remove material or restrict the responsible account. For abuse, safety concerns, rights complaints or a review request, email marcussen.business@hotmail.com. Include the post author's name, approximate posting time and a description of the concern. Avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.

For immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. Trainee is not an emergency response service.

App and purchase terms

These community terms cover community submissions. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app where applicable. Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal and cancellation information are shown before purchase.
